All artworks are printed on demand and shipped within 5–10 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for customs duties or import taxes.

No Returns or Exchanges

All LumiStar limited-edition pieces are final sale. Due to the exclusive and non-reproducible nature of our artworks, all sales are considered final upon payment confirmation. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will assess the situation accordingly.
